Can you fix any Minecraft crash?
I can help with most common Minecraft crashes, but some problems are more complicated than others. If you're unsure whether I can fix yours, just send me a message with your crash log and I'll take a look!
What do you need from me to get started?
Usually, your crash report or latest.log, Minecraft version, mod loader and mod list are enough to get started. If I need anything else, I'll let you know.
What if the problem is with my PC rather than the modpack?
That's something I can investigate too! Some crashes are caused by Java, graphics drivers, launcher settings or other system-related problems. I may need a few extra details from you to figure out what's going wrong. More complicated system troubleshooting is covered by my Premium package.
Do you support Forge, Fabric, NeoForge and different launchers?
Yes! I can troubleshoot modpacks using Forge, Fabric and NeoForge, as well as common launchers like CurseForge, Modrinth, Prism and the official Minecraft Launcher. Just let me know which setup you're using.
Can you make incompatible mods work together?
Depends. Many compatibility problems can be fixed by changing versions, dependencies or configurations. Others require rewriting parts of a mod, which isn't included in these packages. Feel free to message me if you need a custom conversion. I could offer you a custom deal.
What if the problem isn't fixed after the first attempt?
No worries! If the original issue is still there, I'll review the results and work on correcting the agreed fix. Included revisions are there for adjustments. Completely new or unrelated problems may require a separate order.
Do you need access to my computer or Minecraft account?
No, you won't need to share your Minecraft or Microsoft account password. Most problems can be investigated using logs, modpack files and screenshots. If something needs to be changed on your PC, I can guide you through it :)
Will I have to remove any mods from my modpack?
Not necessarily! I'll try to keep your modpack as close to the original as possible. Sometimes fixing a conflict requires updating, replacing or removing a mod, but I'll discuss those changes with you first. Read: "Can you make incompatible mods work together?"
