Does Basic include fixing the issue?
Basic is a focused review with findings and an implementation plan. It does not promise a fix before the cause is known. If implementation is needed, I will confirm the scope and price before further work.
What access and information do you need?
Your Frappe/ERPNext versions, issue steps, agreed business rules and a suitable test environment. For API work, provide documentation and sandbox access. Share redacted examples first; never post passwords or API keys in public material.
Are upgrades, migrations or new modules included?
No. These packages cover a defined review or change in an existing system. Full deployments, version upgrades, data migration, new modules and ongoing support need a separate scope. Revisions apply to the agreed deliverable, not additional features.
