What file formats will i receive
AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF as standard. DST (embroidery machine format) can be added as an extra if requested.
My logo is very low resolution or blurry, can you still vectorize it?
Yes, that's the most common request. I rebuild the shapes and details from what's visible, so send the highest-res version you have, even if it's still low quality.
Do you do embroidery digitizing (actual stitch files) or just embroidery-ready vectors?
I prepare embroidery-ready vector paths (simplified, clean shapes suitable for a digitiser to convert into stitch files). I don't produce DST/PES stitch files myself unless specified as an add-on, let me know your exact need before ordering.
Can you match exact brand colors (Pantone/CMYK)?
Yes, send me your brand guidelines or color codes and I'll match them in the vector file.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Revisions are included per package. Let me know what needs adjusting and I'll revise it within scope.
