I works with all file standard imaging formats including Camera RAW, JPGs, PNG files and Light room catalogs and smart previews. To achieve the highest quality on custom retouching, please send the Camera RAW files.

For clipping paths, I will return a JPG file, but you may request a PNG instead. For retouching and composite work, I will return JPGs by default. As an optional service, you may also request flattened PSD or TIFF. In addition, I can send web ready JPGs for this workflow as add on service

If you need your order rushed, please contact us to see about getting your images returned sooner. Turnaround times vary based on the type of services requested and the number of images uploaded. If you need faster service, you may order a rush.

If the work hasn't done what was asked for from the very beginning I'll be glad to make the corrections without any additional charge.

I work until I please you. I will provide unlimited revisions until I get it right. And if no way to satisfy you I will back all your money.

I am capable of delivering all file types. The fastest and smallest download would be Lightroom Catalog files or XMP. I can also deliver PNG, PSD, JPEG, TIFF or PDFs upon request.

Yes, I can! All the rights reserved. The photos won't be shown up anywhere. I treat 100% of the images that I receive as strictly confidential, your data will never be sold or shared with 3rd parties and all images are deleted from my side after 20 days unless specified.

That's impossible as the client is just the only one who is the owner. I do just the outsource editing service for my clients
