What do I send to get started?
Your deck, manual or notes, in PowerPoint, Word or PDF. Tell me who the training is for. Add your logo, brand colors and fonts if you have them. No brand guide? I propose a clean style, and you pick.
Can I see the style before you build the full deck?
Yes. Every order starts with 3 slides in your style, within 2 days. You approve the look, or tell me what to change. Then I build the rest. Reply within 1 day so the delivery date holds.
Can our team edit the PowerPoint later?
Yes. You get an editable PowerPoint file on a slide master. The text is live, not flat images. Your trainers can change a line or add a slide in minutes. A PDF copy comes with every deck.
Do you write the content too?
Basic redesigns the slides you have and tightens the words. From a manual or notes? Pick Standard or Premium. Those add speaker notes and knowledge checks. A course from scratch is a custom offer.
Can you turn the deck into video lessons or SCORM?
Yes, as a custom offer. The deck comes first. Then I can narrate it into video lessons. Or I build a SCORM package your LMS can track. Message me with what you need.
Can you build in Google Slides or Keynote?
I build in PowerPoint. The file opens in Google Slides and Keynote. Fonts and some layouts can shift on import. Tell me before ordering. I will pick fonts and layouts that carry over well.
How many changes can I ask for?
You get 2 rounds of changes on Basic and 3 on Standard or Premium. One round is one list of notes by slide number. I fix them all and list each change. New slides after the style is set are quoted first.
Can we order more slides and pay in stages?
Yes. Tell me your slide count, and I will quote it as a custom offer with milestones. The style and first deck come first. Then the rest, in batches you approve.
Can you rush the deck?
Yes, as a gig extra. Basic then takes 4 days. Standard takes 5, Premium 10. It holds if you reply on the style slides within 1 day.
Can the slides be in French, Spanish or Arabic?
Yes. I build slides in English, French, Spanish or Arabic. Arabic reads right to left, and I build it that way. Need the text translated? I quote that first. Tell me which one when you message.
