I will create a user form for data entry

Create simple form in Excel spreadsheet using VBA code to create database without seeing or accessing the main table of data. Through the form user can browse the records and add comments (and sometimes can modify if buyer request).

Suitable for SME companies and offices which has average 500:1000 workers
