What MikroTik services do you provide?
I configure and troubleshoot MikroTik RouterOS, firewall rules, NAT, routing, VLANs, WireGuard, IPsec, multi-WAN, PCC load balancing, failover, and bandwidth management. The selected package covers the scope agreed before ordering.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please send your router model, RouterOS version, network layout, issue or requirements, and preferred maintenance window. I will confirm the scope, package, access method, and delivery time. Do not send passwords in your initial message.
What is included in each package?
Basic covers one defined troubleshooting issue. Standard covers an agreed setup for one router. Premium covers an agreed advanced configuration. Device count, VPN peers, WAN links, and deliverables are confirmed before ordering; larger projects need a custom offer.
Can you configure WireGuard and IPsec VPNs?
Yes. I configure and troubleshoot WireGuard and IPsec VPNs where supported by your device and RouterOS version. Please share the VPN endpoints, peer count, and connectivity requirements. ISP restrictions, CGNAT, and third-party access may affect the design.
Can you configure multi-WAN, failover, and VLANs?
Yes. I can configure multiple WAN links, PCC load balancing, ISP failover, routing, and VLANs. Please share your ISP details, router model, switches, and network layout so I can confirm feasibility and the correct package or custom scope.
What documentation will I receive?
Basic includes a brief summary of the issue and changes made. Standard and Premium include a configuration summary and relevant backup or export, as agreed. Detailed diagrams, operating guides, and formal security audit reports are quoted separately.
What does the included revision cover?
The included revision covers adjustments to the agreed configuration and deliverables. Additional devices, new features, redesigns, and unrelated faults are outside the original scope and may require a separate offer. Please describe any concerns clearly so I can review them.
Can you work on business-critical or multi-site networks?
Yes. I have 15+ years of network and security experience. Multi-site deployments, migrations, and production cutovers require a scope review and may need a custom offer. We agree the backup, rollback approach, access, and maintenance window before changes.
How do you secure and validate the configuration?
I review the agreed configuration, apply appropriate firewall and management-access controls, and test the relevant connectivity and VPN functions. Backups are agreed before major changes. A formal security audit or compliance assessment is a separate service.
What support is included after delivery?
Seven days of follow-up support covers questions and issues directly related to the delivered configuration. New requirements, unrelated faults, ongoing monitoring, and emergency availability are not included. Continued maintenance can be arranged through a separate offer.
