What information do you need to start?
Just your WordPress admin login and FTP/hosting access (cPanel works). You can share these securely via Fiverr's encrypted messaging. I'll never ask for more access than needed and I'll remove myself after the fix.
What if you can't fix my issue?
If I diagnose your issue and determine it's beyond the scope of the order, I'll let you know immediately and offer a full refund — no questions asked. I won't string you along.
Will you break anything while fixing it?
Never. I take a full backup of your files and database before making any changes. If anything unexpected happens, I can restore your site to exactly how it was within minutes.
How fast can you actually fix it?
Most bugs are diagnosed within 1–2 hours and fully fixed within 24 hours. Complex issues like hacked sites or database corruption may take up to 48 hours. Add Express Delivery if you need it faster.
Do you work on WooCommerce too?
Yes — WooCommerce bugs, checkout errors, payment gateway conflicts, product display issues, and cart problems are all covered. WooCommerce fixes are some of my most common orders.
What if the same bug comes back after delivery?
I offer 7 days of post-delivery support on all orders. If the same issue returns within that window, I fix it again at no extra charge. My goal is your site actually working — not just a closed order.
