Rich snippets/ Schema markup/ Structured data markup are JavaScript codes that are placed on websites in Microdata or JSON-LD format. These codes help search engines and AI tools understand your website's content to rank and generate for best results.
Will the star rating appear on the search engine after I use the schema codes on my website?
Google has changed the Rating schema policy after the September 2019 Core update. Star ratings will no longer appear under the homepage results of a website on the search engine. But the star ratings will appear for any other page results when you use CreativeWorkSeries or Product schema codes.
Can you guarantee if the star ratings will appear for my website on Google?
If it were my search engine, I would probably guarantee it. Important: Google does not guarantee that your structured data will show up in search results, even if your page is marked up correctly according to the Google developers guide on Structured data.
