What if my audio isn't clear or has background noise?
I'll do my best to transcribe it and flag unclear sections with a note or timestamp rather than guess. For very poor audio, I may message you before starting to confirm scope.
What's the difference between clean and verbatim transcription?
Clean (included by default) removes filler words like um and false starts for easy reading. Verbatim keeps everything exactly as spoken, useful for legal or research use. Available as an add-on.
Can you transcribe multiple speakers?
Yes. Each package includes a set number of speakers; for more, add the Additional Speaker extra and I'll clearly label each one in the transcript.
What file formats do you accept and deliver?
I accept most audio and video formats (MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV, etc). Transcripts are delivered as a Word doc by default, with PDF or SRT available as an add-on.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes, add the Extra Fast Delivery option at checkout for a quicker turnaround if you're on a deadline.
