FAQ
1. Do you work with our existing infrastructure or start fresh?
Either. Most orders are existing infrastructure, which we audit first and improve incrementally so nothing breaks. Greenfield builds are usually faster and we will tell you if that is the better route.
2. Do we really need Kubernetes?
Often not. Kubernetes earns its complexity above a certain scale and costs you below it. We will say honestly if ECS, Cloud Run or a managed platform fits better, even though that is a smaller order for us.
3. Will you migrate us with zero downtime?
That is the default plan for production migrations, using blue-green or canary cutover with a tested rollback. We agree the cutover window with you in advance.
4. What do we get at handover?
Working infrastructure, the Terraform that defines it, runbooks for deploy and rollback, an architecture diagram, and a live walkthrough with your team.
5. Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Usually yes. Right-sizing, spot and reserved capacity, storage lifecycle rules, and removing orphaned resources. Tell us your current monthly spend and we will say what is realistic.
6. Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, as a monthly retainer covering on-call, maintenance and incremental work. We scope it after delivery so you only pay for what you actually need.
7. Is this training or consulting?
Neither. We build and hand over working infrastructure. Team enablement is part of handover, but you are buying the system, not a course.
8. How do you handle secrets and access?
Least-privilege access scoped to the work and revoked at handover. Secrets live in a managed store such as AWS Secrets Manager, Vault or Doppler, never in the repository.
