FAQ
Will I lose any data or content during the cleanup?
No. I take a full file and database backup before touching anything and do the cleanup on a staging copy. Only infected files are replaced or removed; your pages, posts, products and settings stay intact. If anything unexpected happens, I restore the backup at no charge.
What access do you need to clean a hacked site?
Hosting panel access (cPanel, Plesk or your managed host) plus FTP/SFTP is required; wp-admin alone is not enough for malware, since infections hide outside WordPress. Share credentials only via the Fiverr order page and change all passwords after delivery (I will remind you).
What if the malware comes back after delivery?
Every package includes 14 days of post-delivery support (30 days of active monitoring on Full Recovery). If the same infection returns in that window, I clean it again free. You also get a report of the entry point and the hardening I applied so it stays closed.
