Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
For a real business number, yes - Meta needs to approve the number and your business name. I guide you through the whole application. For testing we can start on the Twilio sandbox the same day.
What is the difference between the sandbox and a verified number?
On the sandbox, a customer must first send a join code, so it is only for testing. A verified WhatsApp Business number works normally - customers just message you. Any serious business needs the verified route.
Will there be monthly costs?
Not from me. Twilio or Meta charge per conversation, and hosting is usually a few dollars a month. If you choose the AI package, OpenAI or Claude usage is billed to your own key. I will show you the real numbers before you order.
Whose accounts will everything be in?
Yours. Twilio, Meta and any AI keys stay in your name, on your billing. I never hold your assets, so you are never locked in.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, in every package, with a setup guide written in plain English so a non-developer can follow it.
Where will the bot run?
On a server you own - Render, Railway, a VPS, or your existing hosting. I set it up and hand over the login. Hosting setup is included in Standard and Premium.
Can the bot reply in my language?
Yes. Standard and Premium include multi-language replies - Urdu, Arabic, Spanish, French and more. Tell me the languages and I will build the flows in them.
Can it save leads to Google Sheets or my CRM?
Yes. Google Sheets and Airtable are included in Standard and Premium. For HubSpot, Zoho or a custom CRM, message me first so I can confirm the API.
Can the bot understand normal sentences instead of menu numbers?
That is the Premium package. It uses GPT or Claude, so a customer can type "how much for a 2 bedroom" and the bot answers properly instead of asking for a menu number.
What if something breaks after delivery?
I fix bugs free for 7 days on Basic, 14 on Standard and 30 on Premium. After that I am still here - just message me.
