As your Zapier expert, I confirm the apps, trigger, mapped fields, expected output, scope and fixed price in writing before work starts. Paid changes need your approval before I begin them.
This workflow automation service can handle lead capture, CRM updates, spreadsheet records and notifications. Example Standard workflow: A Typeform submission creates a HubSpot contact and sends a Slack alert.
Basic includes 2 total steps and 2 apps; Standard up to 5 steps and 3 apps; Premium up to 10 steps and 5 apps, including one agreed webhook or API integration. Every trigger, action and utility step counts toward the limit.
Your Zapier integration is built in your account with mapping, testing, setup notes, agreed test results and 7 days of fixes for reproducible bugs in my setup.
Message me with your apps, goal and example data before ordering. Existing-Zap repairs need a separate scope and quote. Subscriptions, usage fees, new features, migration and monitoring are separate.

FAQ
What should I send before ordering?
Send your apps, trigger, desired actions, run volume, and anonymised example input/output. I’ll confirm feasibility, plan needs, acceptance checks, scope and fixed price in writing before work starts. Paid changes need your approval.
How are steps and apps counted?
Each trigger, action, filter, formatter, notification and webhook/API call counts toward the package step limit. Apps are distinct connected services, excluding Zapier itself. Each package includes one new Zap for one agreed business process.
Can you connect an app that has no Zapier integration?
Premium can include one webhook or one documented API endpoint after I check feasibility and authentication. Custom OAuth apps, undocumented APIs, complex branching or additional endpoints need a separate quote. Standard and Basic use native integrations.
Do I need a paid Zapier account?
That depends on the apps, features and usage you need. I will flag likely plan requirements before the order. You supply the accounts and pay Zapier, connected-app and API fees directly. These costs are not included in the gig price.
What do revisions and the 7-day fix period cover?
Revisions cover consolidated adjustments to the agreed functionality. New apps, extra steps or a different process are new scope. For 7 calendar days after delivery, I fix reproducible faults in my setup against our agreed checks. Later platform changes, outages and ongoing monitoring are excluded.
How will you access my accounts?
Use collaborator access or connect your own accounts through the platform where available. Do not paste passwords, API keys or private customer data into the order requirements. We will agree the minimum access and a secure credential setup method before implementation.
Can you fix an existing Zap?
These packages cover one new Zap for the agreed process. For an existing Zap, send its steps, the error and expected result. I’ll confirm the repair scope and a separate quote before you order.
