Q: Do I need to give you access to my DNS or hosting account?
No. Every check uses public DNS lookups plus a standard connection test to your mail server — I only need your domain name, never login credentials
Q: Will this fix my SPF/DKIM/DMARC for me?
This is an audit, not a configuration service. The report gives you the exact DNS record syntax for every fix, which you or your hosting provider apply directly.
Q: What's the difference between Basic and Standard?
Basic covers 10 passive DNS/email checks. Standard adds SMTP banner analysis, an open relay test, and typosquat detection — active tests most competing gigs don't offer.
Q: What does the spoofability score mean?
A 0-100 score weighted toward your DMARC, SPF, and DKIM setup — the three controls that most directly determine if someone could send email that looks like it's from you
Q: What if I don't own the domain I want scanned?
Active tests (SMTP banner, open relay) should only run on domains you own or manage. If you're auditing a domain on someone else's behalf, please have their written authorization before ordering Standard or Premium.
