Do you provide the source/editable file?
Editable source files are included on Standard and Premium. On Basic they're available as an add-on if you want to make future edits yourself.
What's the difference between your SVG and DXF files?
SVG is best for design software and most cutting machines; DXF is the standard for laser cutters and some older cutting software. I deliver both together on Standard/Premium so you're covered either way.
Can you match an existing product I already have?
Yes — send a reference and I'll match the style, as long as it's your own product or you have rights to use it as a reference.
Do you do physical product mockups?
