FAQ
1.What file formats do you provide for custom fonts?
I offer custom fonts in the following formats: TTF (TrueType Font) OTF (OpenType Font) WOFF (Web Open Font Format) Additionally, I provide design files in: AI (Adobe Illustrator) PSD (Photoshop) PNG (Transparent Image) PDF (Vector for printing)
2. What’s the difference between TTF and OTF?
TTF is a more common font format, especially for Windows users. It’s versatile but doesn’t offer as many advanced typographic features. OTF supports additional features like ligatures, stylistic alternates, and other advanced OpenType capabilities. It’s great for professional design work.
3. Do you design fonts from scratch or modify existing fonts?
I offer both options! You can have a completely custom font designed from scratch or I can modify an existing font to meet your specific needs. Just let me know your requirements, and I’ll be happy to discuss the best approach.
4. Can I use the font on my website?
Yes! I provide WOFF (Web Open Font Format), which is ideal for web use. Once you receive your custom font, you can easily integrate it into your website with a simple CSS declaration.
5. Can I use the custom font for commercial projects?
Yes, absolutely! Once you place the order for font, you can purchase a font license too and you will have full commercial rights to use it for any project, whether personal or commercial, unless otherwise discussed.
6. How do I install my custom font after receiving the files?
I will provide you with a simple, easy-to-follow guide on how to install the font files on your computer. The process varies slightly depending on whether you're using Windows or Mac, but I’ll ensure you can install it with ease.
7. Will you provide the font in vector format for logos?
Yes! I can provide the font design as AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PDF file formats, which are perfect for high-quality print and logo design.
8. Can you help me customize the design of my font, like adding special characters or ligatures?
Absolutely! If you want to add custom characters, ligatures, or unique design elements to your font, just let me know. I’m happy to tailor it to fit your specific vision.
9. Can I request font revisions after the final delivery?
Yes, I offer revisions to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your font. However, please note that revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments. Major changes after delivery may incur an additional fee.
10. Do you offer support after I receive my font?
Yes, I’m here to help! If you have any issues with installing or using the font, or if you have any questions about licensing, feel free to reach out, and I’ll assist you.

Very good work and a pleasant collaboration. The designer responded quickly and thoroughly to our feedback and delivered all agreed font and source files. The character design turned out very well. A few minor technical refinements were still needed in the final export and OpenType setup, but overall we are very happy with the result.
