What file formats will I receive?
You will get DXF, SVG, and CDR files. All formats are included in every package. These work directly on CNC Laser, Router, cO2 machines. No conversion needed.
What material and thickness should I use to cut the jig?
For best results, use 2mm or 3mm transparent Acrylic sheet. For heavy factory use, 2mm MS sheet also works. Do not use wood – it warps with oil and heat from machines.
Are these physical products or digital files?
These are digital files only. No physical product will be shipped. You will receive downloadable files instantly after delivery. You can cut them at any local laser/cnc shop in your city.
Can you make a custom jig for my specific machine or operation?
Yes. Order the Premium package "3 JIGS + 1 CUSTOM". Send me your machine photo, model number, and required dimensions. I will design the custom jig and include it with the other 3 files.
What if the file does not fit my machine?
I offer 3 revisions in Standard and Unlimited in Premium. If it does not fit, send me a photo with a ruler for scale. I will fix the dimensions and send updated files within 24 hours at no extra cost.
Can you make jig for my custom inner plate size?
Yes. I specialize in custom sizes. You just send me inner plate dimensions L x W in mm. I will design the complete set around it and test on machine before delivery.
