"Checkout is broken" is a symptom with a dozen possible causes: a plugin hooking into the order process, a webhook that stopped firing, a tax or shipping rule throwing a silent error, a theme override on the checkout template, or SCA and 3D Secure handling that was never implemented. Message me before ordering with the URL and what's failing. If it's urgent and my hours allow, I'll look the same day. I don't sell a rush fee, because I won't charge for speed until I've seen whether the problem is a five minute webhook fix or a three day conflict.
Will you take my store offline while you work?
No. I diagnose on the live site read-only, and any code changes go through a staging copy first. Your store keeps taking orders throughout.
What if the problem turns out to be bigger than one issue?
I tell you before doing the work, not after. You'll get the full scope in writing and a fixed quote. If it's outside what you ordered, you decide whether to continue. You're never billed for surprises.
Do you work with WooCommerce Subscriptions?
Yes, including failed renewals, double charges, and subscriptions that won't cancel or reactivate. These are usually webhook or gateway sync problems rather than WooCommerce itself, which is why they're worth tracing properly.
Can you improve my conversion rate?
