Why did my emails suddenly start going to spam?
Usually the 2024 rule change. Gmail, Yahoo and Microsoft now reject bulk senders who are not authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Accounts that sent fine for years broke overnight. The other common causes are a damaged sending reputation and a list full of bounces and spam traps.
Will you prove it actually worked?

What access do you need?
DNS access for your sending domain, or your host or developer available to add records. Plus access to your email platform. I send an exact checklist at order start. In most cases it is four records to add.
Do you work with my platform?
Yes. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, EmailOctopus, ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Omnisend, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and most others. Authentication works at the domain level, so the platform matters less than people expect.
My domain is already blacklisted. Can you help?
Sometimes. Authentication and list cleanup fix most cases, but a badly burned domain may need a re-warming period or a fresh sending subdomain. Premium includes a re-warming plan. Message me first and I will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
How fast will I see results?
Authentication takes effect within hours of DNS propagation. Reputation recovery is slower, typically 2 to 4 weeks of consistent clean sending. Anyone promising instant reputation repair is overselling you.
