Video packages exclude custom thumbnails, embedded captions, social clips, and alternate formats unless added. Publishing needs an eligible, configured Riverside Hosting account; setup, migration, and troubleshooting are separate.

Do I need a paid Riverside plan?
Not for Finished Audio or Branded Video. You can share the recording link or provide dashboard access. Publishing requires an eligible Riverside Hosting account with the destinations already connected.
What does the included revision cover?
One consolidated, timestamped list of corrections within the agreed scope is included. If I missed an instruction or there is a technical fault, I'll fix it. New instructions, a different direction, extra versions, or new deliverables are new scope; I'll confirm price and time first.
What is the difference between exact cuts and editorial cleanup?
Exact cuts are sections you tell me to remove. Editorial cleanup means I decide what can come out, while keeping the conversation natural. Video packages include that choice. On Finished Audio, add the Basic audio upgrade.
Do returning video episodes cost less?
Yes. Your first episode includes creating your show's reusable visual look. Future episodes reuse that system, so the returning-episode rate is $190.
Are captions, thumbnails, or social clips included with video?
Riverside's native captions and thumbnail options remain available in your workspace. The package does not include embedded captions, a directed or custom thumbnail, social clips, or alternate formats. Finished clips and guided thumbnail creation can be added separately.
Can Riverside create clips automatically?
Yes. Riverside can suggest clips on its own. This add-on is for when you want me to choose, shape, review, and brand the moments for you.
What if my episode is longer than 60 minutes?
A small overage is fine. Longer episodes can be extended in 15-minute blocks: $20 for Finished Audio, or $35 for Finished Audio + Editorial Cleanup, Standard, and Premium.
What if my Riverside Hosting account is not set up yet?
Premium works inside an eligible Riverside Hosting account with your publishing platforms already connected. If hosting, migration, or platform connections still need to be set up, message me first and I'll quote that separately.
Can I order more than one episode?
Yes. I'll send a custom offer. Audio is $95 per episode. Video is $255 for the first and $190 for each additional episode using the same show system. With publishing, it is $320 for the first and $255 each additional. Delivery adds one day per episode; clip batches are scheduled separately.
