My graphic design experience encompasses creating print production and web media including logos, catalogs, product packaging, product mockups, brochures, flyers, media kits, banners, email blast, and T-shirt design. By far my most complicated project was a 200 page catalog that made use of most of my technical skills from layout, formatting, typography, photography and editing, creating ad copy, and composition. Fun projects include product packaging and product mockups.

Do translate emails to another language.
I am fluent in English and Spanish so I can provide Englis to Spanish translation and vice versa. Any other language the translation will have to be provided for accuracy.
Do you provide HTML-coded emails or just the visual design?
Depending on the package, standard and premium include both. Not included in Basic.
Will the design be mobile-responsive?
Yes
Do you use licensed images or royalty-free visuals?
I can do either but I strive to keep cost down and avoid copyright issues by using royalty-free and or custom visuals.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes any minor adjustment made to the delivered email design after initial delivery. This typically covers: - Text edits (spelling, copy tweaks) - Color changes - Button label updates - Section repositioning - Swapping royalty-free images (if provided)
What doesn't count as a revision?
- Full redesign or brand shift - New email requests or layouts - Asset creation not included in the original package - Platform change (e.g., switching from Klaviyo to Mailchimp setup)
