Your org chart, department goals, job titles, and any current KPIs, reports, or appraisal forms. I'll send a short questionnaire and confirm anything missing before starting.
2. How many KPIs should a department have?
Usually 5 to 7. Fewer, well-defined KPIs drive better focus than long lists nobody tracks. I help you choose the ones that link directly to results.
3. What does each KPI definition include?
Name, purpose, formula, data source, frequency, owner, target and RAG thresholds, so anyone can calculate and report it the same way.
4. Can you link KPIs to project or site productivity?
Yes. I build KPI trees that connect site-level measures such as output per man-hour and idle time to project delivery, cost, and quality.
5. Do you design appraisal forms and review processes?
Yes. The Standard package includes an appraisal form; the Premium package adds the full review cycle, rating scale, calibration steps, and a performance policy.
6. Can KPIs be linked to bonuses?
Yes. I can add weightings and payout rules so results feed a fair, transparent incentive scheme. Final reward budgets are your decision. However, bonus scheme comes with additional cost.
7. What format will I receive?
Editable Excel scorecards and dashboards, plus Word or PDF documents for definitions, forms, and policy. Subject to inclusions in your package.
8. Will this work for non-construction companies?
