2. Will you give me print-ready file?
Yes, I will give you print-ready with the source file too (JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, EPS, AI, and WORD FILE for letterhead and invoice)
3. What's the difference between concept and revision?
Revision is minor adjustment that doesn't change the overall design for more than 20-30%. Asking for a completely new graphic on logo or stationery requires me to send you a gig extra for additional concept.
4. Which software do you use for designing?

5. What is source and vector file?
Source/Vector files are original editable files of the design which are print-ready for high-quality printing. It gives you a free hand on customization.
6. My order autocompleted, what can I do?
It is okay to make smaller adjustments through inbox right after autocompletion. If you miss the chance to request a more complex revision within three-day deadline you have, it is necessary to open a new order for additional revisions as all the work has to be done through order, not inbox.
