FAQ
Can I choose the creator?
Yes. You can share preferences such as gender, approximate age, appearance, location, setting and overall UGC style.
Can I see your portfolio?
Yes. Send me a message and I will share examples of AI UGC videos and advertising campaigns I have created.
What do you need from me?
Please provide your website, product information, target audience, main selling points and high-quality product images or videos.
Can you include my exact product?
Yes. Please provide clear product images from multiple angles. AI can occasionally create small visual differences, so let me know if exact product details must remain visible.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable changes to the existing edit, captions, timing or voice-over. A new creator, concept, script or completely regenerated video is not included.
Are the UGC creators real people?
No. The creators are generated using AI. They are designed to provide a realistic UGC-style appearance without arranging a traditional photoshoot.
