FAQ
My Shopify Flow isn’t triggering when inventory changes. Can you fix it?
Yes. This often happens when stock updates come from an outside app or POS sync, because those don’t always fire the same Flow trigger. I find the real trigger source and rebuild the workflow around it.
My inventory is out of sync between Shopify and my supplier or POS. What can you do?
I set up a sync using the API or webhooks, with checks so stock doesn’t drift, and I add an alert so you know right away if a sync fails.
Do I need to give you my password?
No. Add me as a staff or collaborator account with only the permissions the job needs. You can remove my access once the work is done.
Will this slow down or break my store?
No. I test everything before it goes live and avoid adding heavy apps where a lighter Flow or API solution works.
Should I use n8n, Zapier, Make or Shopify Flow?
