About this gig

I will design custom electronic enclosures for FDM 3D printing.


The enclosure will be designed around your PCB, components and required dimensions, with consideration for printability, assembly and fit.


Design features can include:


* PCB mounting points and standoffs

* Screw, snap-fit or other closures

* Cut-outs for USB, power, displays, buttons, switches and connectors

* Ventilation and cable openings

* Heat-set insert locations

* Mounting holes and brackets

* Custom text, labels or logos


The design will be suitable for FDM printing, with appropriate clearances, wall thicknesses and tolerances.


Deliverables can include STL files and the original CAD/STEP files, depending on your needs.


I can work from PCB CAD files, dimensions, sketches, photographs or existing models.
