I support companies with professional recruiting and Active Sourcing in the German talent market.
With around 5 years of recruiting experience and a strong sales background, I manage recruiting activities for one defined vacancy from candidate identification to prequalification and, depending on the package, further process support.

Do you guarantee a successful hire?
No. I provide professional recruiting support for the selected service period. Candidate availability, interest and final hiring decisions are outside my control, so a successful hire cannot be guaranteed.
Do you guarantee a specific number of interested candidates?
No. I focus on candidate quality and relevance rather than sending unsuitable profiles to reach a fixed number. The response rate depends on the position, requirements and current talent market.
What is included in candidate prequalification?
I speak directly with interested candidates and assess their professional background, motivation, salary expectations, availability and relevant requirements for your vacancy.
Does one order cover multiple vacancies?
No. Each package covers one defined vacancy. If you need support with multiple positions, please contact me before ordering so we can discuss the appropriate scope.
Do you only recruit for Finance and Accounting roles?
No. Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Payroll and HR are my main areas of expertise, but I also support recruiting projects across other functions and industries in the German talent market.
What happens if the position is not filled after 30 days?
The Premium package ends after the agreed 30-day service period. If you would like to continue the search, you can extend the recruitment support for the same vacancy.
