Where do I need to send the product for this video?
For an unboxing video or product demonstration you need to send the product to Europe. Please note that Fiverr does not allow paid reviews for any products.
Do you offer revisions?
If you did not discuss any requirements about the video project before we started, I will only do small video editing revisions related to the text or background music. But will not redo the video recording, because this takes a lot of time.
When do I offer a refund?
If you explain the project requirements before we start the video recording process, and the final video is not at least 80% similar to your requirements, I will try harder to do the revisions according to your requirements. But after that if you are not pleased, I will offer a full refund.
Will you send me back my product after the video?
I will only send back the product back to you if you are willing to pay for the shipping + other fees that apply.
