No, I do not. I recommend you to purchase any theme yourself so that you will be able to update the theme in future.
Do you provide any premium plugin with license?
Yes, I provide Elementor Pro with a $30/yearly subscription fee. After one year you have to renew it from me.
Do you recommend any pluing for the speed optimization?

I'm begginer in WordPress. Will you teach me how to add, edit, update contents of my site?
