Yes, but only for illustration. Extra fees and time are needed, too.
Can I order immediately without messaging you first?
Yes, but I highly recommend that you send me a brief/ script to make sure we are on the same page and prevent any delays or miscommunications.
What software do you use and what file format will I receive.
I mainly use Clip Studio Paint for animation and Procreate for illustration, but you can request which software I use. For animation, you will receive a full HD video file in MP4/ MOV. And for static illustration, you will receive high resolution PNG/ JEPG.
