FAQ
What is included in your logo packages?
All packages include professional logo design. The difference between packages is in what’s included beyond the logo — such as a brand style guide, stationery kit, and social media kit. Each package offers different components based on your chosen gig.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
Each package includes a set number of logo concepts. The Basic package includes 1 logo concepts to choose from and 1 final logo. The Standard and Premium packages include 2-3 logo concepts to choose from and 1 final logo based on your selection.
What is your design process?
After you complete the brief, I present all logo concepts included in your package at once for you to choose from. Once you select a concept, I refine it if needed. After the logo is approved, I move on to the remaining designs in your package and keep you updated to ensure your satisfaction.
What does a revision include?
Revisions include refining an approved concept — adjusting colors, typography, layout, and minor symbol details. Small tweaks to an existing icon are possible, but creating a completely new logo symbol or direction is considered a new concept and is not part of revisions.
What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time depends on the selected package and project scope. Estimated timelines are listed in the gig details. If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before placing an order.
What files will I receive at the end of the project?
You’ll receive AI (source file) for full editing, SVG and EPS for scalable web and print use, PNG with transparent background for digital platforms, and JPEG for everyday use. These formats ensure your logo works perfectly across websites, print, social media, and branding materials.
Do you use AI to create logo designs?
No. All logos are created manually from scratch in Adobe Illustrator. I don’t use AI-generated designs. This ensures originality, full creative control, and a professional result that is suitable for branding and trademark use.
