Choose 1, 4 or 8 edited photos. Each package includes one agreed style, high-quality JPG/PNG files, before-and-after comparisons and the listed revision rounds.
For listing staging, I preserve existing architecture and add furnishings. For redesign concepts, we agree which finishes and furnishings may change. Concepts are clearly identified.
Want to bring the designs to life? Ask about the separate Makeover Budget and Shopping Plan (Separate Gig), with product links, itemized cost estimates and practical priorities for your location.
Send your photos, preferred style and intended use before ordering if the scope is unusual. Please provide images you own or may use. Furniture removal, extra viewpoints, sourcing and structural design are not included in the base packages. No editable 3D model is included.

What do you need?
Original full-resolution photos, your chosen style, intended use and a list of features to preserve. Avoid screenshots when originals are available.
What is the difference between staging and redesign?
Staging adds furnishings to the existing space. Redesign explores proposed changes to finishes and styling and is delivered as a concept.
Can I use the images in a house listing ?
You can use the agreed deliverables for the intended marketing purpose freely, as you will completely own the produced images.
Can you remove existing furniture for visualization purposes?
Send the photo first so I can assess visibility and complexity, but for most cases i will.
What counts as a revision?
A consolidated round of changes within the approved style and original photo. New rooms, viewpoints or a new design direction are additional work.
Are shopping links and renovation costs included?
No. Those are part of the separately priced Makeover Budget and Shopping Plan.
What resolution will I receive?
JPG/PNG exports at a resolution agreed from the quality of your source photos. I do not promise native 4K detail from a small or blurred source.
