Missed appointments cost you money. I will build an automated WhatsApp reminder system with n8n that messages your clients before their appointment and lets them confirm or reschedule with one tap.
How it works: it reads your appointments from Google Calendar or a Google Sheet, sends a WhatsApp reminder the day before through the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API (Meta), and your client taps a Confirm or Reschedule button. You get a notice when someone asks to reschedule. Opt-out handling (STOP) is included.
You receive a working n8n workflow set up on your own accounts, a short usage guide and a test run before delivery.
What I need from you: a Meta Business account with a WhatsApp number (I will guide you) and access to your calendar or sheet. Meta charges a small per-message fee directly to you.
Great for clinics, therapists, salons, personal trainers and any appointment-based business. I do not promise specific results; the goal is to make confirming and rescheduling easier for your clients.
