Do you use templates?
No! We don´t use templates or stock images. Each our project is unique. All characters, objects and scenes are prepared only for you.
What are the differences between packages?
We guarantee professional and high quality for every package you choose. The only difference between the package is the level of illustrations and animation. We can work with simpler styles or pick something more detailed and unique.
What is a standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is between 3-4 weeks, but we always do our best to finish a project as soon as possible.
What´s the best video length?
If you plan to use a video as an ad on social networks, we recommend you the length of 30-60 seconds. If you need to describe a long and complex process, you will need 90-120 seconds. Whether you choose any length, we can always cut your animation to a specific length for ads. Check out our extras.
Can you make video in other language?
Yes! Once we have animation in a primary language, we can prepare for you the version of any language you need. We just need a script in English. Check out our extras.
Can I apply for a discount if I plan to order more videos?
In most situations, yes. We can give you a discount from 5-20% - it depends on the count of the videos. The discount only applies if you plan to produce more videos in one order.
