Since June 28, 2025 the German Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act require many websites and online shops to be accessible. Missing accessibility can lead to warnings and fines.
I check your website against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated tools and manual testing (keyboard and screen reader) and then fix the issues directly in your site.
What I check and fix:

Does the BFSG apply to my website?
It mainly applies to B2C websites and shops where consumers can buy, book or sign contracts. Micro-enterprises offering services are partly exempt. Send me your URL and I'll give you a first assessment.
Is an accessibility plugin or overlay enough?
No. Overlays do not fix the underlying code and are often criticized. I fix the actual issues in your theme and content.
Can you fix the issues on my WordPress site?
Yes, the Standard and Premium packages include the fixes. For the Quick Check I can add them as an extra.
