What information do you need to start my slip casting mold design?
Please provide your sketches, reference images, dimensions, or an existing 3D model if available. Also let me know your casting material, production method, and whether you need a two-part or multi-part mold. The more details you share, the better the final design.
Can you design multi-part molds and which file format will i receive?
Yes. I design two-part, three-part, four-part, and more complex multi-part molds depending on the shape of your product. Every mold is planned with proper parting lines, keys, and easy demolding in mind and i delivered with STL, STEP, OBJ, IGES, Fusion 360, SolidWorks, and other common CAD formats.
Are your molds ready for production, Also can you design molds for any ceramic item?
Every design is created with production in mind, including proper mold splitting, registration keys, draft angles, and practical assembly and I can design molds for mugs, bowls, cups, vases, plates, figurines, sculptures, planters, decorative pieces, and many other ceramic products.
Do you offer revisions after delivery and Do you sign an NDA if required?
Revisions are included according to your selected package. If additional design changes are requested beyond the original project scope, they can be completed for an additional fee and I respect client confidentiality and I'm happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before starting your project
