About this gig
Stop manually copying data from invoices, PDFs and scanned documents.
I build Python and AI OCR workflows that extract, validate and send structured data to Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, databases, CRMs or APIs.
I can process:
. Invoices and receipts
. Purchase orders and bills
. Forms and application documents
. Statements and reports
. Scanned PDFs and images
. Email attachments
Your workflow can:
. Monitor an inbox, cloud folder or API
. Extract agreed fields and line items
. Clean and structure the data
. Validate dates, totals and required fields
. Flag missing or uncertain values
. Prevent duplicate processing
. Export results to your business system
. Send completion or error notifications
You will receive a tested workflow, structured output, applicable source code or editable workflow files, and setup instructions or a walkthrough.
Accuracy depends on scan quality, handwriting, language and layout consistency. Validation and exception reporting help identify uncertain results.
Third-party OCR, AI, hosting and API charges are not included unless stated.
Please message me before ordering with sample documents, required fields, expected volume and preferred output.

FAQ
What documents and file types can you process?
I can process digital or scanned PDFs, JPG and PNG images, invoices, receipts, purchase orders, statements, forms and similar business documents. Please send representative samples before ordering so I can confirm the appropriate OCR method.
How accurate is OCR for scanned or handwritten documents?
Accuracy depends on image quality, handwriting, language, layout consistency and document complexity. I use validation rules and exception reporting to flag uncertain or missing values instead of silently accepting unreliable results.
What information do you need before I order?
Please provide 3 to 5 representative sample documents, the fields you need, your preferred output, expected document volume and any required input or output integrations. You may remove or replace sensitive information in the samples.
Are OCR, AI, hosting or API usage costs included?
The development work is included according to the selected package. Third-party OCR services, AI usage, hosting, storage and paid platform subscriptions are not included unless specifically stated in your offer.
What counts as a revision or additional scope?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed fields, mapping, validation rules or processing logic. New document layouts, extra integrations, additional platforms or major workflow changes are considered additional scope and may require a custom offer.
