Does the Gig package price include the product cost and shipping fee?
No. The package prices shown are my service/handling fees only. Before ordering, please message me with the product links or photos. I will calculate the exact item cost, domestic/international shipping fees, and platform handling fee to give you a transparent total quote.
When will the Fiverr order be marked as "Delivered"?
Because international shipping takes 7-20 days depending on customs and couriers, an order is officially marked as "Delivered" once your items arrive at my warehouse, pass your approval via HD QC photos/videos, and are shipped out with a valid international tracking number.
Can you buy from Xianyu (Goofish) or contact sellers on WeChat?
Yes! Many overseas buyers cannot verify accounts on Xianyu (Goofish) or Weidian. I can communicate directly with individual sellers, ask for real-time verification videos to avoid scams, haggle prices, and purchase the items safely for you.
How can I save on international shipping costs?
If you buy from multiple Taobao or 1688 stores, I will receive all packages at my address, remove unnecessary heavy shoeboxes or outer cartons upon your request, and consolidate everything into one single box to minimize volumetric weight before shipping abroad.
Are there any items you DO NOT purchase or ship?
For compliance and customs safety, I strictly DO NOT source or ship counterfeit/replica brand goods, weapons, hazardous chemicals, e-cigarettes, or any illegal items. For electronics with batteries, liquids, or cosmetics, please ask me first to check special shipping lines.
