Need a school timetable, teacher schedule or staff duty roster? I create custom schedules for schools, tutoring centers and teams, considering availability, lesson counts, rooms, breaks and fixed sessions.
MESSAGE ME FIRST: Send your old timetable, class/teacher count and unavailable time slots. I will review feasibility and confirm scope, price and delivery before you order.
BASIC - $20: ONE weekly timetable for up to 5 classes/10 teachers OR one monthly roster for up to 10 staff/3 shift types. Includes 2 revisions.
ADVANCED - $40 total: Add the $20 Advanced Timetable extra for up to 10 classes/20 teachers and 3 revisions.
FILES: Editable Excel and printable PDF.
DELIVERY: Basic within 10 hours; Advanced within 24 hours after complete requirements and scope confirmation. Fiverr displays whole days.
Conflicting rules are discussed before scheduling. My errors are fixed free outside the revision limit. Extra classes, staff or major rule changes require a new quote and timeline.

What should I send before ordering?
Send a previous timetable, class and teacher counts, subjects and weekly lesson totals, daily periods, unavailable time slots, rooms and fixed events. For rosters, send staff, shifts and coverage rules. Replace names with labels if preferred. I will confirm scope and price before you order.
Which package should I choose?
Basic ($20) covers one weekly timetable for up to 5 classes/10 teachers OR one monthly roster for up to 10 staff/3 shift types. For up to 10 classes/20 teachers, add Advanced Timetable ($20 extra, $40 total). For larger or unusual projects, message me for a custom quote.
Can you handle complex scheduling rules?
I review teacher availability, shared rooms, fixed lessons, breaks and workload rules. If requirements conflict, I explain the issue and discuss adjustments with you. Please send all mandatory rules before ordering so I can confirm feasibility and the right scope.
What files and revisions are included?
You receive an editable Excel workbook and a printable PDF. Basic includes 2 revisions; Advanced includes 3, within the agreed requirements. My errors are corrected free without using a revision. Added classes, staff or major rule changes need a new quote and timeline.
