I will do simulated process color separation for screen printing

About this gig
I will prepare your artwork for screen printing using professional color separation and simulated color techniques.
This service is focused on raster artwork preparation, not vector tracing. I can work with your design, illustration, or image and separate it into printable color channels for screen printing production.
The Basic package includes a 1-color separation. The Standard package includes simulated color separation up to 6 colors. The Premium package includes advanced simulated color separation up to 8 colors.
Each package includes image quality improvement, color separation, high-resolution export, and editable source files. If your printer does not use RIP software, I can also prepare halftones based on the LPI requested by you or your print shop. LPI means lines per inch and defines the halftone line screen used for printing.
Final print results may vary depending on your printer setup, mesh count, inks, garment color, underbase, halftone settings, and production process.

FAQ
Do you vectorize the artwork?
No. This gig is not for vector tracing. This service focuses on raster artwork preparation, color separation, simulated process separation, halftone setup, and print-ready file delivery for screen printing.
What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes a 1-color screen print separation, image cleanup, high-resolution export, and an editable source file.
What is the maximum number of colors you can separate?
The Premium package includes simulated color separation up to 8 colors. If you need more than 8 colors, please contact me before placing an order.
Can you prepare halftones if my printer does not use RIP software?
Yes. If your printer does not use RIP software, I can prepare halftones based on the LPI requested by you or your print shop. LPI means “lines per inch” and defines the halftone line screen used for printing.
What LPI should I use?
For a 90 mesh screen, I recommend 45 LPI. With a 90 mesh screen and 45 LPI, you can achieve very good definition for most screen printing jobs. If you need maximum detail and your screen is 120 mesh, I recommend 60 LPI.
