FAQ
Do you need access to my Shopify store and Google Merchant Center?
Yes, I need temporary collaborator access to both. No password sharing — I'll send you the exact safe steps to add me.
My products are disapproved can you fix this?
Yes. I find the exact cause (GTIN, image, category, policy) and fix it, then resubmit.
How long does re-approval take?
Google usually reviews within 3-7 business days after resubmission.
My entire account is suspended. Can this gig fix it?
No, this gig is for product-level issues only. For full account suspension, message me — I handle that separately.
Which Shopify feed apps do you work with?
Shopify native Google channel, Simprosys, DataFeedWatch, CedCommerce, and CSV exports.
Do you also manage Google Shopping Ads campaigns?
No, this gig covers feed optimization only, not ad campaign management.
What if my products get disapproved again after you fix them?
I set up feed rules and proper data structure to prevent recurring errors. I also offer a 7-day post-delivery support window for any new issues.
I'm not sure what's wrong with my feed. Can you check first?
Yes, message me before ordering and I'll take a quick free look at your feed to identify the issues.
