I will clean and standardize your CSV data

Turn a messy CSV into a consistent file that is easier to use.

I will clean up to 500 rows and 10 columns using rules we agree on before starting.

This service includes:

- Removing unwanted leading and trailing spaces

- Standardizing agreed text formats and value labels

- Renaming and arranging columns

- Flagging missing required values

- Checking row counts and preserving record IDs

You receive the cleaned CSV, an exceptions report, and a summary of the changes.

Please send a small sample and explain your desired output before ordering. Date and number formats must be specified. I will not guess missing information or remove records without an agreed rule.

Processing uses scripts with manual checks. This package does not include scraping, PDF conversion, formulas, macros, research, or product categorization.

Provide only data you are authorized to share and remove sensitive personal information.

Includes one revision to correct work within the agreed scope. New data or new rules require a separate quote.
