I provide Agile consulting, coaching, menoring and training at organization, group and individual level. I usually start with an analysis period where I learn the situation in the company and the organization's goals. I then provide a plan 4 the company 2 accomplish their goals. If the client choose to proceed with me, I will work as a consultant to implemet the plan.
