I run Fortitudo. I will review your process and API documentation, implement the agreed connection in TypeScript, test success and failure cases, and deliver commented source code with setup instructions.
Basic: two documented services, one simple one-way action. Standard: two services, field mapping and up to three actions. Premium: up to three services and five agreed actions. Every package includes error logging, test evidence and a handoff guide.
Send the systems, trigger, desired output, API documentation and sample data before ordering. Your accounts must have the required API access.
Hosting, API usage and paid software are separate. Historical data migration, dashboards, databases, custom authentication providers, ongoing monitoring and autonomous financial actions are excluded. AI features require a separate custom offer.

What counts as one action?
One agreed operation, such as creating a CRM contact from a webhook payload. A multi-step workflow can contain several actions. We agree the trigger, fields, API endpoints and expected outputs before ordering.
Can this use AI?
AI classification, summarization and agent behavior require separate scoping and a custom offer. They are not included in these integration packages.
Will it keep working if an API changes?
I test against the agreed API versions and cases. Upstream API changes, ongoing monitoring and maintenance require a separate agreement.
What counts as a revision?
One consolidated round of adjustments to the agreed workflow. New services, actions or features require a separate quote. Corrections needed to meet agreed acceptance criteria are not new features.
Are subscriptions and hosting included?
No. You own and pay for hosting, API usage and software subscriptions. API access and the required account plans must be available before work starts.
What do I receive at handover?
Commented source code, setup instructions, the agreed field mapping and test evidence for success and failure cases. The workflow is limited to the services and actions agreed in the order.
