Is this a monthly subscription?
Each package covers one month of support. You can re-order every month, or message me for a discounted 3 or 6 month plan as a custom offer. There's no lock-in; stop whenever you like.
What happens if I don't use all my hours?
Unused hours can go towards small features, UI polish or a code-quality review in the same month, so you always get full value. If you need more hours, I add them at a fair hourly rate.
Can you maintain an app you didn't build?
Yes, most of my maintenance clients come with apps built by someone else. I start with a short code review and health check in the first week, then keep a written log so anyone can follow the changes.
