I will clean and merge CSV files with a clear change report

I merge CSV files and clean them using rules agreed before the order. You receive the cleaned data and a report showing what changed.

Includes 1 to 3 UTF-8 CSV files with identical columns and column order, up to 100 data rows and 10 MB combined.

Choose up to 3 rules:

Trim leading and trailing spaces in selected columns.

Keep the first of identical rows and list duplicates separately.

Set aside rows missing required values for review.

Matching IDs alone do not make rows duplicates. I do not guess missing values or overwrite your originals.

Delivery: result CSV, change/duplicate/review lists, and a summary of rules and row counts. One revision covers the original files and agreed rules; new files or rules need a separate scope.

This package delivers processed files, not an app or source code. Excel/PDF conversion, scraping, and manual research are excluded. I use AI tools to help develop scripts and check results.
