FAQ
What do you need to start?
Please provide your business details, page list, logo, text, images and design references. For setup or redesign, I may need a temporary WordPress user account and relevant hosting access.
Are the domain, hosting and paid licenses included?
You provide the domain and hosting. Any required paid theme or plugin licenses, including Elementor Pro, must also be supplied by you. Elementor Free can be used where it meets the agreed requirements.
Will my website be mobile responsive?
Yes. All packages include responsive layouts for desktop, tablet and mobile. I will check the main pages, navigation and contact form before delivery.
Can I edit the website after delivery?
Yes. You will be able to update page text and images using WordPress and Elementor.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed design and supplied content. New pages, new features or changes to the original scope may require an extra or a custom offer.
Is speed optimization included?
Speed optimization is included in Standard and Premium. I will review images, caching and relevant settings where supported. Results depend on your hosting, theme, plugins and third-party scripts.
Do you provide Elementor Pro and other premium plugin licenses?
No. If your website requires Elementor Pro or another premium plugin, you will need to provide the relevant license. I will confirm any paid plugin requirements before starting.
Do these packages include WooCommerce store setup?
WooCommerce store features are not included in the listed page-design packages. If you need products, checkout, payments or shipping, message me with your store requirements before ordering so I can confirm a separate scope and price.
Do you offer support and maintenance after delivery?
You can message me on Fiverr with questions about the delivered website. Ongoing maintenance, plugin updates and new features are not included in these packages and can be discussed separately, subject to availability.
