I accept CSV, Excel (.xlsx, .xls), and SQL database connections (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). If you have another format, just message me and I'll see if I can help.
How much data can you handle?
I comfortably handle up to 100,000 rows in my Premium package. For larger datasets, please message me first with details and I can create a custom quote for you.
Will my data be safe and private?
Yes, absolutely. I take data privacy very seriously. All files are deleted from my system within 7 days after delivery. I never share client data with anyone.
What if I don't know SQL or databases?
No problem at all! You don't need any technical knowledge. Just send me your file or give me access to your database, tell me what you want cleaned, and I will handle everything for you.
Do you offer custom quotes for larger projects?
Yes! If you have more than 100,000 rows, complex joins, or a long-term project, just send me a message. I will review your needs and give you a fair, custom price.
What happens if I'm not happy with the results?
I offer free revisions based on your package (1-3 revisions). I will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with the cleaned data. My goal is your satisfaction.
How do I send you my data?
You can upload your file directly on Fiverr when you place the order. For databases, I can guide you on how to grant me secure, read-only access.
Can you clean my data and also analyze it?
My focus is on cleaning and preparation. However, for an additional fee, I can also create simple summary reports or charts. Message me for details.
How long does it take?
Delivery times are 1-3 days depending on your package. I also offer rush delivery (12-48 hours) as a gig extra for urgent projects.
