• Design suggestions on how to get the look and feel you desire. With all my work I give the reasons behind design decisions to help clients use the suggestions better!
• Colour scheme to use when choosing paint and decor for the space

Floor plan:

• 2D floor plans and/or furniture plans on SketchUp or AutoCAD but sent on PDF

Shopping list:

• Excel file of items for the room ranging from furniture, decor, lighting, rugs, pillows to more!
